Earl has been in real estate since 1995 where he began his real estate career while still active duty in the U.S. Navy as a pilot. After 22 years and retiring at the rank of Commander from the service May 1, 1996, Earl quickly established himself as a top producer earning "Rookie of the Year" award while he was still Active in the US Navy. In his early years in real estate, Earl specialized in Ocean View and Willoughby area waterfront properties in Norfolk, Virginia. He resided there for several years. Still active in that market, Earl has expanded knowledge in most all cities of Hampton Roads working with buyers and sellers in residential property sales and has won numerous top producer sales awards in the Circle of Excellence in the local Hampton Roads Realtor's Association.

Earl and his wife, Debra work as a team, though Debra recently retired her license, still supports Earl as his Director of Marketing. Combining their individual talents and love for serving people each uses their innovative programs to better service their clients for a positive experience for their clients during and after the closing.

Military Relocation & Family Values

Earl's military experience uniquely qualifies him in understanding and meeting the needs of our active duty military and their families, whether relocating to the area or leaving the area, Earl loves working with our military families. Earl is the proud father of two successful children - his daughter who is a Physician's Assistant living with her husband in Florida and of his son, a mechanical engineer, living in Louisiana with his two sons.

Earl specializes in residential sales, waterfront sales, working with investors and is familiar with IRS Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and has numerous condominium and single family home sales He also enjoys the challenges of working diverse markets including first time homebuyers to luxury home buyers and sellers, works with builders, waterfront homes and condos.

Loyalty, integrity, experience, innovation, and knowledge are key assets in all market places but staying on the cutting edge of technology is also important and Earl and Debra stays up with the power of people, networking, and technology to use in their real estate business.

Hobbies & Other Interests:

Snow skiing, traveling, outdoor activities, exercising (when time allows), learning and sharing with others to help others enrich their lives is among the treasures of lifes' many experiences. They have a networking and on-line product brokerage busniess as well to include a financial program that shows people the fastest way to zero debt and accumulate more wealth. Debra's desire is to implement "wellness solutions" in health professional's practices to create a more personal relationship with doctor's and patients and another income source for health professionals while they are helping patients reach maximum wellness.

Volunteer in the Community:

Earl has served as volunteer in several areas of his community to include the neighborhood Civic Leagues where he lived and as the Second Vice President for the local Hampton Roads Chapter of the Military Officer's of America Association (HRCMOAA).
