Janis is one of five owners of Keller Williams Legacy Group, which has grown from 5 to now 210 licensed agents since 1998. Keller Williams Legacy Group is located at 1102 E. Sonterra Blvd. and will have the new Stone Oak Methodist Hospital as their newest neighbor right across the street. The Legacy Group is ranked in the top 3 offices citywide and continues to attract experienced and reputable agents.

In addition to being an owner of the Legacy Group, Janis is also the lead agent for Janis Morgan & Associates Realty. Her husband Neil and daughter, Kerri Smith, are fully licensed members of her elite team. The team also has a full-time licensed transaction coordinator on staff to ensure that client’s interests are covered from the very start to the very end of the client-agent relationship, and beyond. Listing and selling homes has become so much more complex with the advance of technology that having a support team enables Janis to continue to give “over the top” service to each client.
